in a collection of corispondece after being quoted 300.00 cost for the sleep study then after get billed 1200.00 and threats. then finding that my insurance company has also been billed ... I gave lost all faith in sleep better institute. and further I end up going through a second study because sleep better settings caused problems and pain with my lungs. As a patient I felt so well taken care of that I jumped at the chance to become a part of their team. As an employee I feel respected & appreciated.
They failed to mention our insurance wasn’t in there network. Cost us a lot of money for literally nothing!
