We loved purchasing our new mattress from the Auburn sleep shop. They have plenty of options to choose from in store and everyone is helpful, kind and not pressuring you to buy. Another huge bonus was their delivery crew. The young men had very good manners and did a great job of getting the mattress delivered without issues. This is why I support small local businesses over the box stores, you never know what you will end up with.

I've waited for some time to post this review. I went into the Auburn location and spent $1300 on a sealy mattress. After sleeping on it for 3 days and waking up in the deep indentations that my body had created. I decided to pay the 15% restocking fee, and buy the firmest mattress for $1000. Their policy was not to give back any money that you had already spent in their store so I was forced to spend the remainder on a set of sheets I did not need. Supper experience with these guys both in store and delivery. In store was painless and quick. Understood what we wanted and needed. The best part is that he didn't start with the high dollar mattresses. Gave us the option to go there but left it to us. So much nicer than the two stores we went to earlier in the week. Delivery was dicey as it snowed near us all day, not at our place, but delivery men needed or wanted off to get home before snowed out. Me and my wife really enjoyed our experience. Clay made it very simple and walked through everything we needed to know in order to find a bed that fit us best. I really appreciate their upfront style and community engaged mindset. Highly recommend and we will be back.
