Just purchased a mattress from The Sleep Shop and I had a wonderful experience. All the staff, from sales, to the delivery drivers were amazing, and great to deal with. I will most definitely be a returning customer and will recommend The Sleep Shop to others :)
We purchased bedroom furniture over three months ago, and the drawers still have an extremely strong chemical smell. Because of this, we've had to leave them empty. We've tried every tip and trick we could find online to get rid of the odor, but nothing has worked. To make matters worse, the bottom of the bed was damaged upon delivery. I shopped there in 2020 and had a wonderful experience. I thought they would be a good place to go back too but I was horribly wrong. Pray you have no issues with their furniture and know they have no issue with stealing the difference of the cost between 2 different items. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I bought a mattress from here , it is not even usable now, I went to store but the person said this mattress we can’t do anything.
I have purchased a mattress from here Within 3 months of light use it is banded from the middle and I talked with a guy in the store He said , soon the item is out of the store we could not do anything about it, I will never give a recommendation on the shop to anyone, please find good mattress from other store and even Online.
