I highly recommend The Sleep Doctor Campbelltown. Their customer service is amazing. Fiona was great with assisting me to choose a new bed and mattress. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to get my new bed to me since I'm a bit far away. Will definitely go back when I need new bedding.
Attended the business a a month ago to buy our first big bed for our little one. We were excited until we waited 30 minutes and were not served. Emailed to enquire but no response given. Fast forward a month later and was told they couldn't price match a similar stocked item as the cost was too low. Was told the email never came through also. Unfortunately too many issues prior to the sale caused them to lose a sale.

Fantastic customer service! The loft bed we ordered took longer than anticipated but the communication from this business took the stress off. Every time I reached out to ask for an ETA I was given transparent updates within 24 hours of emailing. The bed was delivered on a Saturday with regular updates of their ETA. We were also given a care package for the inconvenience. Overall the bed is great quality and the service has been exceptional, highly recommend.
