I wish I could say something more positive but unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this hospital. I am an 84 year women with stability issues. I was admitted to the hospital for 8 days. I was left in a chair for 8 days and continuously asked for someone to walk me daily so I did not get atrophy and everyday someone said they would get someone to walk me and everyday no one came. I also had a fall risk band on so when they took me down for a test and said it was over they had me get up on my own which led me to ... read more

I took my spouse to Northwest Hospital yesterday. He recently had surgery at Banner Hospital. We had questions regarding emptying the tubes in his body and staff at Banner said to go to Northwest for assistance. Marcia Lunsford was exceptional. She was caring, compassionate, and professional. In fact, Marcia was one of the best nurses we have experienced over St. Mry's, Banner University, and TMC. It is a great feeling to have staff here in my community who is so dedicated and caring.

Regional er at one time, was a great experience. The last few times I have gone in it’s been actually less than one star! I took my mom in who has medical issues that we are still currently in the process of figuring out. Her jaw was swollen on one side and her face was numb. Checking in her bp was 183/113 and her O2 was in the low 90’s. She also has a pretty bad cough, which she was giving a bag to spit in during her vital check after she went into a coughing fit. They didn’t listen to her heart, lungs or look in her ears. ... read more

I normally don't write reviews but based on the care and service I received I felt I would be amiss if I didn't. Last week I went into emergency and was later admitted to IMCU due to some complications. I found the emergency staff pleasant, thorough, attentive and very professional. Nancy, Melissa, Brook and Dr onsite made me feel assured I was in right place during this very stressful experience. As I observed how the staff interacted with other patients, I could tell this was common practice. Once transferred to IMC... read more

Very hateful treatment of my elderly mom, fussing at her for not following directions. Telling her to stop chewing gum, this gum is for dry mouth, telling her to raise her head and my mom is not only in a walker but has degenerative disk so she is in chronic pain.  Very unprofessional . We will not be going back to get her next.

I went to Tanova ER on June 5th. I had my hip replaced on June 3rd and had a small stroke. They took all the test and thank God it was ok. But at the ER I was called crazy because the Dr had givin me oxcycoten. The medicene wasn't for me. Anyway I stayed in the ER from 4 in the afternoon till 3:30 am. I had ask for something to eat and nothing. The ER nurse was rude and no sympathy . The rest of the hospital was great but not the ER

Whatever you do don't get surgery here. They will botch it, send you to the emergency room because they can't treat you for the botch, and bill you for every part of it along the way.
