My wife and I bought a Gel Mattress from Sleep Center for our 3 year anniversary. Jason and Wry both walked us through the store and helped us pick out the perfect mattress for us. They took into consideration our price range, our sleeping styles, and were open and honest through the whole thing. 10/10 would come back.
Went there just as a coincidence after leaving the restaurant next door, me and my wife were looking for mattresses before hand and was taken by the price of them. Upon entry into the store me and my wife was greeted by Devon. His customer service skills were outstanding and was very knowledgeable about the products. The best customer service I've ever experienced. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Admittedly, I'm not the easiest customer...I ask lots of questions lol but they have been polite and thorough with anything I've had a question about.
I bought a mattress from them less than 2 years ago. I have not been satisfied with it, as it has developed a significant sag. Since it is still under warranty, I asked Sleep Center about making a claim, etc. They told me that they no longer are a dealer for that brand, and that I'd just have to contact the manufacturer. While they did print me a copy of my original receipt, they offered no other remedy... Didn't offer to facilitate contacting or working with the manufacturer, no offer to help make things right on their own.... read more
We have 4 mattresses from here and will not shop anywhere else! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and a great selection.
