Would not recommend. This complex is not child-friendly. The apartments are cheaply built, so you can hear everything through the walls. Parking is terrible — if you live toward the back, you often have to park in the front and walk a long distance. There are no screens for the windows or balcony, which causes you not to be able to open your windows when it is cooler and to use your air conditioner instead. My car was towed after I parked briefly in a handicap spot just to run my child inside so I wouldn’t have to carry them... read more
The Slater was a great place to live this past year! Super quiet apartments, clean gym, and friendly staff. Sybille was amazing during my move-in experience and Seraphim went above and beyond when it came to assisting me during my move-out process. I'm so thankful for the helpful team at the Slater and couldn't recommend them enough!
Enjoyed touring this community, it has everything I am looking for. Will be calling this place home in the summer!
Amazing location, friendly staff, and great sunlight throughout the apartments. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants or needs a new home!
Took a tour here, decided not to move in for personal reasons, but the staff were wonderful and answered all my questions, and the property itself was beautiful.
