Great neighbors and so close to everything you want to do Downtown, and close to Midtown, Blackstone an ld NoDo. Clean with a great maintenance team!
best place in town to live, don't let anybody else tell you otherwise haha
It's really cool!!!! And very clean, and quiet! After being here 6 whole years, I have nothy bad to share. I love my fresh, new painted apartment. Thanks to Tracy, Rex, and the team!!
We had a nice time living at The Slate. If we didn’t have a commute change out west, we would have stayed. Maintenance was fast to respond to requests, although very little maintenance was required because things are well-kept here. The gym is excellent, and the rooftop is inviting with the community room and grills. We would highly recommend The Slate to those who are looking to live downtown!
Lived here for a year, beautiful well maintained apartment building. Maintenance was always very responsive and Tracy is a great building manager to work with.
