The Slate was high on our "must see" list during our downtown Omaha apartment search. Miranda was able to fit us in her schedule for a late afternoon tour on 7/24. She was quick to respond, detailed & most importantly kind. She was also upfront & transparent with associated fees, current pricing & specials. Job well done. Thanks Miranda!
Very clean, sleek, and very time spending if you go to the rooftop.
Lived at The Slate for the past 2 years and have nothing but good things to say! No issues with noise from neighbors, responsive maintenance team and great parking situation. Highly recommend!
awesome rooftop view :)
