I've really enjoyed my time at Slate Apartments. The building is well-maintained and has a modern, upscale feel. The rooftop is a major highlight—great views and a perfect spot to relax or hang out. The amenities are top-notch and make everyday living really convenient. I also want to give a special shoutout to Marinda—she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always a pleasure to interact with. Overall, a great place to live with a welcoming atmosphere.

I lived here for a year and worked within walking distance. If I were to return to downtown, I would likely go to another apartment that's higher quality for a similar price. Pros: Downtown Location Inside Optional Parking Quick Maintenance Staff Free Low Speed Internet Cons: Pet Friendly (you will hear barking dogs) Remodeled Facilty with unlevel floors and flat paint that gets dirty when touched with anything. Low Quality Kitchen Finishes (no in-sink Gabage Disposal or Faucet Spray/Hose) Old and Minimal Gym Equipment
Great neighbors and so close to everything you want to do Downtown, and close to Midtown, Blackstone an ld NoDo. Clean with a great maintenance team!
best place in town to live, don't let anybody else tell you otherwise haha
