Property Is Nice, Units are gorgeous & my stay has been peaceful so far ! i’ve Been a resident here a little over 6 months. Unfortunately the gates are always broken for days at a time. The community is supposed to be accessible by smart key only but there are multiple entrances that are broken. If you work late and make it home anytime after 6pm parking is horrible you’ll have to park at the top no matter what floor you live on. My father has lived at Arlo Memorial for a few years now. Due to his declining health, we haven’t moved him, although we’ve thought about it several times because some of the residents that live here (sketchy) and the level of attention from staff have been, at best, subpar. Recently, however, I’ve noticed some real improvements, and it’s made me feel much more comfortable about him staying. I truly hope the property continues moving in this positive direction
