I have been living at Arlo Memorial for the last 5 years. Its home. The amenities are nice. Staff is friendly. Eric is a courteous, and respectful assistant manager. The location is on the corner of Wilcrest and I10. 15 minutes away from downtown Houston. Couldn't be happier with my experience living here.
One thing prospective residents should keep in mind when looking at reviews is that many of the 5-star reviews appear to be from people who TOURED the property, not from residents who actually live here day to day. Touring and living here are two very different experiences. I lived at this community for over three years and unfortunately watched the property decline over time.
