I had a disappointing experience with the leasing office today. Although Sean was on the phone, he completely ignored us, and it would have taken just a moment for him to acknowledge our presence with a simple, "I’ll be with you in a moment." A smile wouldn't have hurt either. When he finally showed us an apartment, he rushed ahead, making it difficult for the three of us to keep up.
