It would be GREAT if the OWNERS of the complex would speak with some of the residents to address the issues with the complex. Greystone is the THIRD management company in about 2 years. The pool, which runs 24/7 365 has been closed for 4 summers in a row, yet residents get a separate monthly charge for community water and electricity. The “fitness center” is only accessible during the hours that the leasing office is open so if you aren’t free from 10am-6 like most of the working population you will not get to utilize it.
