Food is alright, great view by the wharf

After multiple attempts to get a reservation at Slanted Door, I finally managed to get in. I must say that I'm not sure what all the hype is about. The food was good but not memorable. It was too loud to really have a conversation with our table of four. The service was fine but nothing spectacular. There are better restaurants in SF.
Loved the food, and atmosphere. Loved Daniel and Sean and the rest of the staff (even the valiant young man who faces the over-served in the unisex bathroom. Restaurant crush.
This is always a go to place when we are in SF.
The wine really made it. My last night with my oldest best friend before I returned to Oz.
Oh if only I could go here every day. I'll make the trip back one. Only Six thousand miles for dinner.
What a great location in addition to great food.
Very poor lunch. Food very mediocre and expensive. Avoid.
