Serhant provided a seamless transaction process from start to finish. They are a highly professional agency, and I felt supported throughout the entire home-buying journey. I recommend Serhant to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable buying experience.
"I had an excellent experience from start to finish! I'm moving to the Washington, DC area from Salt Lake City, UT to be near my daughter, her husband, and their small child — I'm a new grandmother and wanted to be close to my family. Jose connected me with a great realtor in Salt Lake City and got my house prepped and ready for market right away. Josh Warner exceeded all expectations. His thoroughness and dedication led me to home that was a perfect fit. He always had my best interests in mind and was incredibly responsive when I had questions. I was especially impressed by his intimate knowledge of the county. He knew every neighborhood like it was his own, which led to him offering valued information and feedback. I am very appreciative of his efforts!
Working with Jose at The Sky Group was a great experience from start to finish. He was able to rent my unit at a record rental price for the neighborhood, which exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of the market, pricing strategy, and marketing made a huge difference, and he kept the entire process smooth and professional. I was extremely happy with the result and would absolutely use Jose again when the time comes to sell my property. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who knows how to get results.
Jose with Skygroup is exceptional. He has a wealth of market knowledge and is very easy to work with. We had some unusual and unforeseen challenges emerge (with the lender) and Jose kept it together for us; without his professionalism and knowledge, we probably would have given up. In our past home purchases, we never received that level of customer service.
