I placed an order to have delivered and it took 30 minutes and nothing was moving on the web. So I called the restaurant which was a very good idea because she was so thankful that I did it because she could straighten out the order to make sure that it was correct. And she said that she's using a third party that she doesn't think it's a reliable company. So she went to someone else, and the delivery was very promptly.
