I think Melissa is amazing, sweet, and reassuring. I appreciated her thorough assessment, mapping of my face, explantation, and recommendations. I got the “Kiss My Tulips” Mother’s Day special and I don’t think I could be happier. This was my first experience with any type of injectable and I’m happy with The Skin Spot, the customer service provided, and my results. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending to friends.
Great experience all around. Nikki made me feel welcome and comfortable from the time I walked in the door. Very friendly and professional. It was my first experience with microneedling and I was nervous but Lilly was wonderful at explaining the process and making me feel at ease and excited about it. She did a great job! Also, had Jeuveau injections for the first time and Melissa was great. She explained how it worked vs Botox and I was confident in my decision with choosing Jeuveau. Will definitely be back!
