I’ve tried so many products over the years as someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, and it’s always been a challenge to find something that actually works without causing irritation. I agree with others. The customer service is abhorrent. It was like speaking to an entitled child that doesn't know how to talk to or appreciate customers. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and asked for a refund for one product that left me with an adverse reaction. Edit: I had to include the childish and bitter email they sent me after I left the review. This was after they didn’t respond to me in the refund process as well. What kind of customer service speaks to customers like this?
