I had a wonderful experience during my acne facial appointment. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the esthetician, Leidy, was professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The extractions were done carefully, and my skin felt much smoother and calmer afterward.
