My wife had a biopsy done here and she followed the care instructions to the T. The wound kept getting worse and everytime she contacted them they were always "busy" and said they'll call back. They never would. She had to call again. She went in for a follow up and they charged her. A couple weeks later it was still looking bad, so she called to get anti biotics because it was looking infected and they charged her again. I’ve seen several Physicians and PAs at RCMC Dermatology for myself and my daughter who started seeing a PA at 3 months old for eczema. They’ve been so good to work with and make me feel comfortable as a first time mom. Appointments are easy to work with and they can usually get us in fairly soon from the time I call in.
I’ve had a horrible experience with PA Slusarski. I saw her two times. I gave her a second chance to give her the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong. I am having severe hair loss and I’ve had it for over a year now and she is fully aware of that and just because I’m in my 30’s she ASSUMES nothing is wrong. She thinks it’s just genetics even though I told her no one in my family has had hair loss especially at my age.
