I visited Kanika Sahni for my daughter’s appointment. Worst doctor ever. She wan only thinking of going home and counting her money. She was really rude. I am paying $300 for 15 Miranda she didn’t want to even acknowledge and look all the concerns that I had for my daughter. Extremely poor doctor and staff. When I booked an appointment over phone, the receptionist did not tell me it’s just a 15 min appointment and also did not inform me that a secure deposit of 100 was required to confirm the appointment. $380 for 30minutes with nothing helpful/new said that I already didnt know from the google search I did the night before.The doctor was just searching symptoms on dermnet and 90% of what she said was what I already knew from doing a google search. There’s no appointment for 8 days. Seriously? And I told receptionist that im really suffering from so bad allergy and it’s too much for me to wait that long time. 1 to 2 days is fine but 8 dayssss?? What is the management doing. Is this hospital just for unserious matter that can wait ??? And the receptionist was so rude. She was like, I can’t do any thing and basically like take it and go away. This is such a bad management hospital.
Clinically good but customer service lacking given the high out-of-pocket specialist fees. I was not directly informed of my post-procedure results. I had missed the initial call from the specialist due to work. Upon calling back the same day the receptionist told me the specialist would call me the next day given it was almost the end of the day. However a call-back never arose. In the end I had to log onto to MyHealthRecord to see my results. I still have not been followed up to this day.
Can never get through on phone to westmead and website isn't working very bad!!!
