I had a disappointing experience at The Skin Hospital. I was required to pay a $100 deposit prior to each appointment, only to receive inadequate care. During my visit, the dermatologist administered a local anesthetic to numb a red spot on my head, but then refused to proceed with the removal after reviewing my history of keloid scarring. Our GP called and made an appointment and in Front of us was told it would be a $360 fee, after arriving we were seen and treated for skin removal and the final bill came to $860 and then was told we need to return after a week to remove stitches for an additional fee of $250 It is unacceptable to do any service with extra fees without prior notice or approval especially for an elderly widow PLEASE WORK ON YOUR COMMUNICATION

NEVER GO HERE. My condition has gotten worse! my appointment was extremely over priced for a such horrible experience (almost $400!) 1) She arrived extremely late 2) She payed no attention to my photos 3) she barely asked any questions 4) Didn’t talk much at all towards me 5) I told her how bad it was and about how the medication doesn’t work and told me to take only a little bit more and yet my condition as gotten so much worse but I am not going back for how much I had to spend. 6) She doesn’t know how to work with childre... read more
