Disorganised practice. Doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient but awful customer service at reception. No appointment card or SMS about my future appointments. It was also hard to locate the office inside the building, needs better signage.
I attended the clinic recently for my son with Dr Andrea. Too rushed for initial consult of $380. I felt we were rushed out of the room too quickly. Prescriptions given without proper explanations.
Don't see Dr Deeshan Sabaratnam, awful and arrogant doctor. Dimissing patients with the referral of psychiatrist.
I saw Dr. Neshan with my daughter several months ago , and his bedside manner was appalling to say the least. I made a complaint to the receptionist but never received any feedback. I waited over 5 months for this appointment, my daughter having several medical issues, and multiple doctors stating they thought she had psoriasis. Dr. Neshan yelled at me telling me that if I was told previously it was eczema then it was eczema, after barely inspecting her skin.
