This is the first time getting Brazilian waxing and I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but Lala made me feel comfortable and it wasn’t that bad like I was expecting. She is indeed the best when it comes to skin care and how knowledgeable she is. She is literally professional, friendly and fun to be with.
This is my second time going and both times I’ve had amazing experiences.She is very professional and easy to talk to about any skin concerns you may have and gives great in depth information. She really cares about her clients skin and is very knowledgeable about skincare . She gives the best recommendations that will suit your skin care needs and does follow ups as well. I had a great experience and I highly recommended her 10/10 .
I was traumatized by a previous waxing experience and forced myself to try here because of the reviews. Listen, I was a little skeptical with every review being a 5 star review, but now I see why. Lala is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, kind and funny. She walked me through the process, kept me relaxed, and reminded me to breathe through it. I walked out feeling completely confident knowing that I made the right decision and will only come here for my waxing and skincare needs.
She’s very particular about how she runs her operations which I don’t mind but definitely something to note. She was knowledgeable about skincare and felt like she was genuine and serious about client satisfaction. So far she has been good at following up with me after my treatment to be updated on my progress and providing recommendations tailored to my skins needs. Looking forward to seeing how my skin improves under her treatments and care.
10/10 recommended for all girly’s and men a safe place for all I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish all of my questions and concerns were answered she gave me great advice on products for my skin type great conversations with lots of laughs and a great way to save while taking care of your skin definitely book book book you won’t regret it.
