I have been here 5 times. The first 4 times were a 10/10 experience. The last time was a 1/10, and their post-treatment customer service was non existent. A joke. My clinician informed me I needed a specific pain relief spray for my hair/scalp type, but she was surprised to find the clinic had simply stopped stocking it - they didn't tell her. So she had to turn me away. The front desk person/office manager (I think) arranged for me to pay $100 out of pocket just to have the necessary spray for my treatment. When the session... read more
