Very poor admin. :/ Won't be back There was a mix up on my booking and I was booked for an appointment when I was overseas. After some incredibly poor communication from the clinic, I offered to come down in person and re book and sort out whatever was owing. Instead, just days later, I found my account was about to be referred to debt collectors. I am $300 out of pocket, with no new booking and there's a good chance that the error was made by the administrator in the first place! Disappointing.
