Food is nothing special. With only one dessert on the menu, it had better deliver - it did not. Chocolate chip cookie was filled with oatmeal giving it a mealy texture. Plus, it was so hot that you couldn't discern the flavor very well, and the ice cream on top all but melted. Scalding hot characterized the entrees, as well. Burrito and fish pontchartrain both burnt my mouth, and the flavor profiles weren't worth it. Server was attentive but snotty and pushy - "no, we don't want another cocktail - for the third time..." Super awesome bartender. Wish I caught his name. Took good care of our large party and stayed on top of refilling drinks and apps.

I visited sixfill while vacationing from Hawaii.. I ordered the beat salad and fish burger I ABSOLUTELY loved it. The food was more impressive than the beer and football games playing; because I can get beer and watch football anywhere. The food will always be Memorable!!!

They had some interesting beers, but expect to pay triple what you would anywhere else. It was not a fine dining experience, it was a cramped little hipster bar. $16 for a 6oz beer? Is this a joke??

My fellow IT guy at work Eric and I walked over to Fremont and were looking for a place to eat and spend some time after the tragic accident on the Aurora bridge. We knew we wouldn't be getting home any time soon, so we made the best of it. We ended up at The Sixgill and both of us really liked it. I had the tuna salad nicoise and I can't wait to have it again. Great beer selection and friendly service. I'll be back.
