The price for appetizers vs. the miniscule amount you get, will take you back to the dot-com boom when people had money to burn! Great atmosphere – I've never tasted the food here, we always go for drinks. Service is great - our cups were never dry. The last time we went was a couple of months ago after a Sonics game. Our friends really liked the place. The best thing about it is you can have a conversation, hear every word, but still be able to listen to great music.
Very NICE. – nice ambiance. swell service. this place serves a damn fine manhattan and hot toddy. I went a few months back and the girl bartending served my makers w/ a cherry and a twist, just how I like it ( with no request.) She also stuck cloves in my roommate's lemon for her hot toddy, and a sprig of thyme in mine (after the manhattan, that is.) I was very impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, dark environment. thank you. -ROCKY
cool little spot – my girlfriend loved it. went in last night, the last day in november ( our anniversary) and had great service and and fantastic time. thanks.
best in attentive service! – the best thing about this bar is the cunning, pretty cocktail servers who never fail to charm. great experience, nothing like this in my hood.
this guy has no idea what he is talking about. – I forced myself to sit down and write something about my favorite bar-- the sitting room, in response to the absolute BS (LIES!) spewed forth below. Don't come here hungry or poor – If you're into fancy decorative appetizers and don't mind overpriced menu items, you'll have no problem with this place (it *does* have a trendy / hip atmosphere). For me, paying nearly $10 for a sprite and a mediocre (at best) bowl of soup is too much - especially when we're not waited on the entire time (maybe the soft drinks aren't refillable?).
