I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The steam room and sauna were not working, which was a big part of the reason I booked this spa. There was also a lack of customer service — the front desk staff did not seem attentive or concerned. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the reputation this spa presents. I hope management addresses these issues
Fantastic place. Especially during midweek. I couldn't pull yourself away from hammam marble slab. The massage was high quality as well! I came here because it won best spa in NYC award by CN traveler in multiple years and I understand why. The review checked out.

Nice place.
Staff are friendly, but rating of 1 reflects the seriously substandard massage service and generally poor condition of the facilities, especially given the fairly premium price point. Strongly do not recommend, and certainly won’t ever be returning. Massage therapist started out well enough with decent pressure - checked in with me to confirm whether the pressure was okay at about the 15-20min, but then proceeded to do little more than brush oil on my legs for the remaining 90min session.
