Absolutely terrible experience with Liliya Karabut. Unorganized seemed more interested in her own interests than showing properties that would fit my needs. Pushed to bid higher aggressively, had excuses that need to be with her kids and that she has a vacation coming up. She is focused on gaining popularity with other realtors that helping here clients. Had very little knowledge of the local market. Avoid at all costs!!!
