Expensive service but I like my floors again. Installer did not seal the grout on new floors and they stained right away. Light grey grout was brown in all traffic areas. Dirty grout made uneven grouted areas glaringly obvious. Now, you don't pay attention to the grout because the beauty of the tile stands out again.
Grout was replaced and sealed by technician. However, it was rough feeling and uneven. The technician had left jagged tile edges. The technician told me these rough edges would smooth out over time. They have not and we are still under warranty. I Called and left 2 messages with answering service and emailed Tim (salesperson/manager) without receiving a response. Christopher with Sir Grout was absolutely wonderful and has detail cleaned our master shower and kitchen floor in the most professional and extremely proficient way! His work is awesome, his demeanor is lovely and he is a joy to work with. He truly is an asset to sir Grout!
Update: 4/15/25: Sealant applied on grout already coming off for work performed in December 2024. Last week I submitted documnetation to Chris & Tim at Sir Grout since it is guaranteed for a year but no response yet.
