James and his crew were a pleasure to work with! All were very helpful and went above and beyond to get my 1977 Mercury fixed up and back on the road. They were friendlier, faster, and more fairly priced than any of the other Oxford shops, so definitely worth the drive.

Sipp Collision replaced my passenger window after an attempted break-in. Even though the part was on backorder from the manufacturer, they went above and beyond to track down an original equipment manufacturer window. I couldn’t be happier with the final results—everything looks perfect—and their customer service was truly five-star!
“Took my car here for repairs and when I got it back, they’d left solid white stickers stuck behind my bumper grille. That’s something that should’ve been removed before the front cap was put back on. Instead, I had to waste my time coming back so they could pressure wash them off. If the basics like cleanup and attention to detail aren’t handled right, it makes you wonder what else gets overlooked. Won’t be back.”
