I stayed in the guest suite at The Sinclair, and it was such a great experience! The location is super convenient, walkable to so much of the city and just a short walk from the lake, which was a huge plus. The guest suite was spotless, well designed, and fully stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to linens and toiletries, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. Having lived in many buildings in many neighborhoods, this Sinclair is the top tier of places I’ve lived. It is worth every dime to live here it’s convenient. It’s fun when you need help people give it to you immediately. I cannot recommend this place more.
Short version: Old Town Park across the street costs less per square foot, has nicer finishes, and is better about maintenance. Long version: The staff are universally friendly and lovely. The price per square foot was literally the highest of any apartment building I saw when I was looking. What do you get for that very premium price point? The finishes are nice but not exceptional. Want to live in a place w no working elevators on a Saturday? (See pic - nov 22 2025) Also: 80 degrees in the exercise room for last 2 weeks. The staff are friendly and lovely — except for the gaslighting maintenance Assistant Manager. Eg: “What? I don’t smell sewer gas.” [one of his guys: “ummm …. The wax ring on the toilet is broken.”]. AM: “oh, yeah.” Management (GM Rachel Weise ) response to same: Crickets …. Where to begin?
