Bit surprised to find all your other google reviews at 5-stars. Still waiting after 3-months for our replacement jersey, after it was misprinted. Very little empathy has been shown on your part for the disappointment you have caused a young lad. Also unacceptable the lack of followup customer service provided to resolve the issue. It's not difficult to give good customer service, but it can be difficult to recover from bad. Hope my case is an outlier, and wishing you improved customer service in the future.
