We rented a home from Megan and Parnell and had an excellent experience! The house was exactly as described with a beautiful remodel and in a great location. Megan was our main point of contact and she was incredible - great communication, very quick to respond and friendly, and everything was just low stress and easy. We would absolutely work with you again, thank for the wonderful experience!

Megan and Parnell did an incredible job handling every aspect of transaction. Evan was phenomenal with the video tour and assisting with other pieces of the process. The Simple Life team crushed it and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!
