Megan and Parnell helped my sister and me sell our brother's home near Fraser. It was a small home on a very nice lot but needed quite a few upgrades to make it readily marketable. What an outstanding real estate organization. I have bought and sold nearly 15 properties over the years and The Simple Life is at the top of realtors I have dealt with. I was preparing to list a property with another broker when a friend suggested I talk with Megan. Megan came back with an estimated value of the property over 50% higher than the realtor I was about to sign with and proceeded to sell it in 2 days for full price. Amazing company to work with!
Do not rent with this company. They have lied to me multiple times about sending my deposit and have very shady practices. Would not recommend doing business with them.
