The staff was a little disorganized but during the first week open, I was prepared for that. We ordered darn near everything on the menu just to try it all. Nothing disappointed us! The restaurant including the restroom was clean and well kept.The food was fresh, delicious and the portion sizes were great! My only minor suggestions would be for the lemon slices to be cut bigger and salt available for the dolmades. Were all looking forward to our next visit. I can see it being a family favorite for sure!

This place is just what Wichita Falls needed! Fresh ingredients, and friendly service! I had a salad, and it was incredible. Dolmas were really good too!

The Simple Greek is exactly what Wichita Falls has needed! It's just like a Greek version of Chipotle. There are so many delicious options, the staff is all so amazing and friendly, the environment is great, I was really impressed. The pita bread has such a great flavor and they have the best hummus I have ever had! I went from "ehhh hummus is ok" to "I love hummus!". They also had "healthier" versions of soda that tasted awesome! I really could go on and on about how awesome this place was.
