Terrible property management company, apartments have insects and management refuses to take care of the issues and does not respond. Someone I know is experiencing these issues now, and I have urged them to contact code enforcement if the issues persist.

Good luck trying to get a hold of management. My girlfriend has reached out several, and I mean several times to tour a property. One person i believe her name was hannah had responded and she did not hear back from her or anyone else after she asked to schedule a tour. Your company needs to do better!
Update: It is now 2026, they opened the pool which is advertised as a resort style pool in their ads for The Vale, they don't even have 1 umbrella and the chairs and tables are always loaded with bird shit that they never clean. Pool attendants are not responding for cleaning the pool, the manager at American Pool told us that last year. This place gets worse every year. Do not move here (Greenfield Village). They have the worst MANAGEMENT, the WORST snow removal I've ever seen. They actually put ALL THE SNOW FROM THIS STORM... read more
