Avoid at all costs!! TL;DR, if your time and your health are precious to you, there are DEF better options in the city. All the nuisances and extra charges (and maybe the remaining mold) are surely enough to leave you with a headache and unnecessary stress. The walls are super thin, and the front units share walls with a business that occasionally has events. Great location! This apartment is located in central downtown and it's perfect for those people who like nightlife. Restaurants are right outside your door. A lot of events occur outside. I have never had an issue, anything that has needed to be fixed was immediately done by the maintenance staff . I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
