I had the best experience today. From the initial phone call from Lisa, which only took 12 hours after being referred, to my visit today with Dr. Doug, I wish I could remember his last name, but he was the absolute best!!! It's taken 2 decades to be seriously heard. He tried an injection and I had instant relief. It felt and feels amazing! Had a really good experience at The Simcoe Clinic. The receptionists are amazing, always friendly, helpful and great to deal with. All of the staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor was great as well. Unfortunately, because of my extensive and complicated medical history, there was only so much they were able to do for me.
