I had the best experience today. From the initial phone call from Lisa, which only took 12 hours after being referred, to my visit today with the Dr. Gosh, I wish I could remember his name, but he was the absolute best!!! It's taken 2 decades to be seriously heard. He tried an injection and I had instant relief. It felt and feels amazing! It's actually mind blowing to think that I've been needlessly suffering for so long. It makes me smile. It makes me cry! I appreciate this place so much. Continued to get treated terribly getting sent to hallway to wait in pain to go in and sign a paper to walk back to hallway in pain to wait again. Was referred here in 2022 for chronic neck and back pain. Spent weeks waiting to hear from them after the referral was sent in - finally called them and they had no idea who I was and the receptionist assured me she handled all refferals and she didnt recognise my name so she must not have gotten it. I spent a few weeks trying to figure out what happend, apparently they had declined the request and Shredded all records including that I was ever even referred. Been going here for 7 months for pain management. I would recommend the Dr and the clinic to anyone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel comfortable.
