I’ve used Silverstein twice in 4 years- once as a renter, another to get a lease covered. I’ve always been wary of brokers and the fees associated with them. I can honestly say that Ari and his team earned every penny. Finding someone who is communicative, professional, respectful and tenacious in advocating for you is a struggle in the city. We felt well taken care of every step of the rental and leasing process. Will be using again!
