The reputation of Sheridan Green Brockville looks like this. Some of your tenants use their lawns as a parking lot and the parking lot as a garbage dump, which has been going on for MONTHS!!! This looks terrible and is affecting ALL of us who live in this community. For goodness sakes, please take some pride in your properties and address this.
Terrible company Does no care about there tenants 2 months with a broken Landry machine 1 month with no hot water Whole in my apartment for over a year that they made because they couldn't find the water shut off valve Don't hire a snow plow I can keep going but I'm just going to move out instead
Terrible landlords. They ignore unit maintenance requests. They fail to provide timely notices. They do not provide a yearly maintenance schedule. They have brought up eviction as a consequence of not replying to letters from them multiple times, but despite receiving other mail from them I have still never received any of these letters they demand a reply to.
Really disappointing how little this company communicates with prospective tenants. I've called numerous times and emailed over the last 10 days, only to not get a response. Finally I stumble across a different number, call it, only to get someone who doesn't seem to interested in trying to rent their places. Not to mention the units that are listed online show availability, but I'm told they were just rented, or not available. Do better! Lived here 11 years. Absolutely HORRENDOUS. But as everyone knows the rental market in ssm is brutal. Staff changes more frequently then I change my underwear. The current property manager is condescending and rude. Repairs take weeks (sometimes months). Even serious repairs like a toilet leaking. They do not follow RTA guidelines very strictly either.
