Just poor quality. I have a necklace from them I got in December only worn it a couple of times, I took extreme care of it seeing their bad reviews only wearing it for a couple special occasions and the circle to join the clasp and chain has split, no point in wearing it now I’ll lose it.
A couple of months ago I bought the signature ring along with one of my friends on the exact same day. I went back in a week ago to let them know my gold ring was now half silver and they had no problem sending me a new one. Their website states “THE SILVER COLLECTIVE offers a six month manufacturers warranty with every piece of jewellery purchased in-store and online.” If that’s not the case, it should be changed. Poor quality jewellery and poor customer service. Do not buy from here.
Terrible quality, do not waste your time and money here! I reached out to the company requesting for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect in a bracelet i had bought previously. Despite the bracelet is still being sold on the website/in store, the company just responds that the warranty has expired and therefore cannot exchange it for me.
