RecommendedWe recently got married in the Bitterroot and used the Silk Road as our caterer. And let me tell you what- they did not disappoint. Many of our guests got the opportunity to discover mole (we did the taco bar) and every single person had fantastic things to say about it. My husband hired The Silk Road catering for my birthday party. I am the cook of the family and it was important to him that I had the night off. Karin, Courtney, and Jaime were wonderful!! They came and did an incredible appetizer spread and a risotto bar that was so impressive. Our guests were blown away by the flavors and the unique personalization of their meal. The Silk Road team was a delight to have in our home. We will definitely have them back!!!

I don't usually post restaurant reviews, but I had to after ordering from here on ubereats tonight. The food was so delicious. I got their veggie tagine and my fiance got the beef bulgogi and we both loved our food. You can tell the food is very fresh. My only complaint was that I wanted more! I was sad when my bowl was empty!
I still have diarrhea from this place and they have been closed for years! Yuck!!!
Amazing food! We used The Silk Road for our Christmas party! Our girls and spouses loved the food! They talked about it all evening!!
