Not the best, not the worst. Purchased 5 bridesmaids dresses and were shuffled to the side for those purchasing bridal gowns (as I did not get my gown there). We basically helped ourselves after waiting a half hour for assistance. Also not impressed with our sales associate's eye rolling. The lady who tailored the dresses, however, was a delight! Not sure I would make the trek over to Easton again.
Jolene and the staff are so incredibly wonderful! They made everything seem so easy! Additionally, they made an impossible dream come true!
Joleen did an awesome job on my wedding dress and was so flexible with me! I changed my date so many times but she helped me thru it all!
Joleen is Awesome! Easton might be a little bit of a drive but definitely worth it! Joleen was so helpful and didn't rush me while trying on dresses. I've bought multiple dresses from her store - Prom, Royalty - her Alterations are excellent!
Love, love, LOVE this shop! Extremely helpful & wonderful service. Been coming to this shop for 14 years & my sister just said YES to her dress yesterday! Reasonable pricing & FREE alterations!
