Sensei Tim and staff are incredible. They are passionate about what they do and are a truly wonderful place to either begin or continue any martial arts level. They run a very family friendly atmosphere. I've seen all ages there and everyone is welcome. I've personally grown in self confidence, flexibility and strength and am looking forward to continuing my progress. This studio was my son's home away from home. Non competitive training with options to explore different techniques and disciplines. lovely, relaxed yet disciplined atmosphere.

really good deal on summer classes People are going to love this summer special a really affordable summer membership package that includes 2 classes a week for 3 months of classes. Nice range of classes to choose from, too. This is great for one person, or for a whole family.

great instructor expertise! Decided to check out your website based off of all of the good things Ive heard about the instructors at your studio was blown away by the Masters Demo videos! Its obvious why your studio is known for having some of the best Martial Arts instructors in the world. Very impressed with the caliber of teaching expertise that youve got definitely interested in signing up for a class if it means being taught by the best!

renovations are done! Very excited about the renovation at The Silent Mind! This major makeover bigger mat space, new parent/spectator seating area, new locker space, and the revamped retail area make the studio look more spacious and bright! Such a great addition to the studio. LOVE what The Silent Mind is all about, and am pleased The Silent Mind is growing and thriving.

The best place in Northeast Ohio to train in Martial Arts and more! I took a meditation class for the first time in my life and I was blown away by how great I felt after. Definitely will recommend to anyone, young or old!
