I would never recommend “The Signorelli Company” doesn’t do what they promise to contribute on deals. With their two words “up to” they’re lie to people. I really had a bad experience with Angela George and Jorge Gama. They’re so unprofessional with helping on customers.
I would never recommend “The Signorelli Company” doesn’t do what they promise to contribute on deals. With their two words “up to” they’re lie to people on contribute $10,000 on closing cost. I really had a bad experience with this company.
They are a horrible company that is only focused on making money. My family and I have lived in Valley Ranch since 2010. The HOA promised, in meetings, once more homes were built that the HOA fees of $750 would be reduced. As of June 2020 they have not dropped at all! (those promised came from the home seller on site also) The pool had no repairs to address the diminishing aesthetics for several years. And After the pool, that supported not only Valley Ranch, but the Azalea Subdivision started falling apart, the HOA promised... read more
They have handled the development of the neighborhood poorly. Empty promises and let our neighborhood pool go to a point where it is needing so much repair we will not get any use of it for the 2020 season. They flung the board to the homeowners fi ally yet handed them a complete sh*t show. it's just awful how they handle things when they are done with them.
They did not take care of our neighborhood pool, so after all we've been through this year it is closed for 2020.
