Absolutely worst service I have ever received in 15 years of renting. They're not prompt to addressing concerns. They make up frivolous charges when you decide to move out. They are not military friendly and seem to not care about their residents. charge astronomical prices for sub standard living conditions. They charge additional amount for parking space. Horrible management and don’t maintain the property. One of the buildings almost caught on fire due to a carpet cleaning company they hired left all stove burners on high in a vacant unit for over 24 hours! Management is a joke and be careful to read your entire lease before you sign or give any deposit. Also ask to see the unit in person before you commit to signing a lease contract.

Charges $1700 for new carpet after moving out eventhough carpet was just replaced 2 weeks prior to me moving in. We were only there a year no stains nothing but normal wear and tear. Was not informed that carpet had to be replace so we were blind sided by this. Seems like when they have their move out inspection they just mark that everything needs to be clean so they don't have to give you security deposit back. The great thing about the place is I can have my dog, office ladies are nice. The negatives The parking lot needs new lines painted, doggy doo everywhere, and there is a constant stream of water running down the sidewalk that freezes in the winter time and makes the parking lot muddy.... Rent is high for a small apartment.
