We recently rented an apartment from the manager Gus Ramirez. We had been looking every day for a week and found this apartment, took it immediately, as we were impressed by its quality, view, location, and peace. Gus was so helpful from the time we walked into his office to the signing of the lease. He has followed through on a couple of service calls for minor things quicker than we have ever experienced before. Management has not been in for the last three weeks and payments methods keep changing. No one will answer the phone and the number that has been given to us they will not answer or return our phone call as well. I have no idea who to give my payment to. Ever since we’ve lived here it’s been one problem after another. The apartment complex has gone through five different managers in the last year and it would be nice for things to be steady.
They don’t pay their bills and won’t return a call about it.
