My front door was broken when the installer attempted to install my shutter, this happened on April 11th and as of today (5/20) my door has NOT been replaced! This is a NEW home, I only moved in on April 18th and I am tired of waiting. I am being told that there is an issued getting a new door, but there currently is 8 more similar houses under construction so I don't understand why a door cannot be found.
