Excellent service! In addition to full service blinds, depending on the situation he offers replacements and repairs. One of my home's original blinds broke. I contacted 10 Atlanta area companies asking if they could repair the string. Of those who responded, only Shutterworks offered to fix it (they were not the original company the previous homeowners worked with). He emailed back within a day offering to help for a fair price. Unfortunately we had an issue with one roller blind out of the $7,000 worth of blinds installed but could not get Michael to return my phone call!! Would've been such an easy fix
