Alex was referred to me through a work colleague after I had seen the shutters in his home and commented how good they looked. Alex came over for our estimate at the time he said would (puntual) was courteous and in a matter of 30-minutes we were doing business. The shutters arrived in the time frame he said they would and he and his colleague installed them when he said he would and with minimal intrusion into our home. So it was a pleasant experience and great service - I am happy to recommend Alex and Shutter Factory.
After deciding that shutters were the way to go with our large front bay window, we researched shutters on the internet and on Homestairs. Shutter factory kept appearing at the top of our list for supreme product and supreme ratings. Alex came to the house a few weeks ago, explained the benefits and quality of the custom made polywood shutters and provided samples. We were sold.
