My wife and I had another excellent experience at the Showplace at Lexington Winnelson today! We purchased all plumbing fixtures for a complete bathroom remodel in 2014. And again in 2020 we bought faucets for a new counter top in a second bathroom. Both times we were more than pleased with the service and quality of the products. We purchased a Blanco sink from Winnelson. The sink was damaged twice in transit to the store. Rachel and Alex found a sink in Louisville and Alex drove to Louisville to pick it up in her car and deliver to make sure we had the sink in time. Alex...thank you for the going the extra mile.
Just had a really good experience with Showplace , Lexington Winnelson. They took the lead in ordering a replacement faucet that was defective. We had a 3 way conversation with the factory.
