Updated Update: I am bringing back the star for one simple reason. The owner actually emailed me to explain they are short-staffed. That was a nice gesture. I get it. Times are tough. And I want this place to succeed (in a town with so much mediocre to horrible Chinese food). But, again, I won't be ordering from here until they bring back _their_ delivery service.
