Rented here for a year and had no major problems besides a bed bug scare. Others in the building cited they had recurring issues, but we found at most a few bugs in our apartment -- though District Realty's "extermination" method was questionable (a mystery substance in a spray bottle squirted against all baseboards). Despite that, these are clean, but old apartments. Can be a little loud if your room is facing Bank street.
